Disappointed
Disappointed by Budget Insurance Emergency Assist ,on the 23rd January my car was stuck in the middle of the road,during peak hour.i called Budget Insurance emergency assistance as I am a client, I will panicking because of the position of the place i was in wasn't sure of my safety. The agent dropped the call as I was hysterical.
