Direct Interaction with consultants via email

Dear Budget i have always had good responses to my claims and enjoy dealing with your consultants who are always very friendly.

What i do find is that i am being quoted much cheaper (premium and excess) with other insurers. i currently have my cars and my home insured between three service providers. i have tried budget to get me a quotation to consolidate all my policies to get the best premium but without luck. The main problem that i have have is that i deal with different consultants all the time and when i mail i am not sure who will call me back and address my concerns. i would appreciate if i could deal with one consultant who handles my policy consolidation and able to quote me the best prices without me calling different people every time.

Is this possible?

i have currently sent all my info to ABSA to quote and i have access to one consultant which makes the process so much easier. I can easily communicate via Email which i would encourage Budget to do to assist me.

i look forward to your response asap as i am in the process of getting new quotations as i type this mail to you.
