Difficulty trying to cancel

I am trying to cancel my insurance and all the contact numbers provided by the budget Insurance website does not allow calls through from an mtn network (very *****). The whatsapp contact is run by a computer so when i request them to call me back they keep sending me a number for me to call them, which is impossible as calls from my network does not go through.

Oh and my insurance premium increased by almost a R100 in less than 1 years from taking out this insurance.
