Did not pay claim after it was agreed

I had a burst pipe in my bathroom to which damged my wooden floors my rug and my furniture<br> <br> I had called Budget Insurance on the Monday morning stating this has happended and they than sent out an Acessor which said the floors needed to be replaced from millennium flooring<br> <br> The quote was R42000.000 to which I informed budget I have my own own guy and he can do it at a cheaper rate to which they agreed the consulant name was Zethu and she confirmed payment will be in my account later that<br> <br> Week<br> <br> I was than told on Monday was not going to be paid out unless I have proof of my previous installation as our house is on the market we are able to find the documets as we are packing<br> <br> The floors are lifting terrible and its make my family sick due to the dampness<br> <br> I had been whole week in bed shivering with the flu<br> <br> We have been to the chemist and doctors back and forth taking this medication and that <br> <br> If to the extended of getting more medicine from my chemist<br> <br> My wife had to stay a week of work which she has a doctors note <br> <br> I mean they sent they own accessor in and he even say throw water over wheat bix and see how it swells<br> <br> This is not on as it affecting my family health
