Devastating service and false information
I insured my wedding ring with them at the value of R11 352.00 and upon taking the insurance I was assured that at a time on lose or theft that would be my pay to my surprise when I had lost my ring I only got R3500 as they make their own evaluation nd that is the quote they received from thier supplier. My claim process was hell level of unprofessionalism is unspeakable.i regret the day I joined Budget Insurance as a result iam jumping ship
