Despicable service from Budget insurance consultant and manager

I logged a claim for a clutch replacement with budget car insurance . It took 9 nine days to receive a call from the consultant , only to discover that a small portion of the claim was covered . I complained to the manager at claims who promised to investigate and revert its over a week later and i still have no feedback from him. I will definitely not recommend budget warranty insurance to anybody .
