Designated Driver Assist

<p>This is written with mixed emotion because I dislike complaining, but I feel it is necessary to try and raise awareness to anyone else that has taken out the Designated Driver Assist with Budget Insurance.</p> <p>I called in two weeks ago to arrange that I get assistance from an event that I attended last week so there was ample time for the arrangement only to find out that the Designated Driver Assist was cancelled in January.</p> <p>Now my issue here is that instead of removing the monthly cost from everyones premium Budget decided it would rather continue charging their clients for a service no longer offered. The assistance I received from Tyrell Peters was extremely good except for the fact that the service was not removed but at least the refund request was processed. I called in today to follow up and found that I was still being charged but the consultant assisting was able to remove the service so there is some positivity around customer service in this complaint.</p> <p>I urge anyone with this service to call Budget to cancel the service and request the refund owed to you.</p>
