Dent and scraches claim

<p>on the 20th of june 2016 i called budget insurence for scratch and dent claim on my car,they advised me to take my car for assesment at Auto magic in east rand mall with the claim number BUD310755,I took my car for assesment on the 25 june 2016,since from that time no one was calling me for any updates however i kept on calling them.on the 1st of july i called wanted to find out i spoke to the lady by the name of onica masegare,she explained to me that the amount is too high and they included the fog light on the quotation of which was not covered,therefore i told her i was aware of the cover and i asked them the quote for dent and scratches,i told her to remove what is not covered and she said she will splitt the quotation into 2 of which she sent me the 2 two reference numbers(BUD310896,BUD310755) she said i dont have to go back for assesment she will use the same quotation but she will take out what is not covered,i waited for 2 weeks and since then she never came back to me.on the 21st of july i phoned again i spoke to another lady and she said she will re-request the quotation nd come back to me before the close of business,nothing happened,today i gain i phoned same story.i am sick and tired of this nosense,i use my airtime to call everyday no help.i pay my insurance everymonth but this is what i get.i need my car to be fix as soon as possible,its easy when you call for sales when you need to pay out its a problem</p>
