Delayed claim and poor service

I am so disappointed with the way my claim is handled by budget. The claim was registered early January and only 3 items were ****** but to date, it has not been resolved, everytime I call, I get empty promises. I however, want to thank Kamogelo Mapeka for the excellent way she treated me with when I called in yesterday. I was so angry when I made my 4th call yesterday because the 3 previous consultants didn't care about my frustration. Kamogelo showed that she cares. She even wanted to know if I had enough airtime for the call and then offered to call me back and she called promptly. I could feel that she really wanted to help me and was not just talking to get rid of me. Thank you Kamogelo, although my problem was not resolved but I felt so good after having spoken to you. I believe that if my claim was handled by you, it would have been long settled. You really made a big difference with the way you handled it. It's as if you knew how frustrated I was.
