delay on insurance claim
i am highly upset with the level of service rendered by budget insurance . my wife was in a car accident on the 24th march 2015. its been nearly 2 weeks and we havent got any word of when we will be receiving our vehicle. i am in need of my vehicle as my wife needs to be at the hospital to receive physio treatment and councilling and only have one vehicle. i have to take my wife to hospital either with public transport or borrow a vehicle from a friend or family member. within signing agreements with budget insurance the t&Cs with a rental car wasnt disclosed. im currently unemployed for over a year ( retrenchment) <br> your website review \This is the whole package. With comprehensive car insurance you can claim for the theft of your car

The claim was submitted to Budget Insurance on the 26th March 2015 and was finalised by our claims department on the 31st March. We confirm that the claims department has been in contact with you on the 31st March to inform you about settlement of the claim. We further confirm that the damages caused to the vehicle is quite extensive and it will unfortunately take time to order the parts and have the vehicle repaired. Having said that, we have requested that you are contacted by one of our consultants to discuss the repairs as well as car hire in detail.
