Delay in the process of repairing the vehicle leading to the courtesy vehicle returned before time

On the 14th of april i was hijacked at gunpoint in mabopane,i called my insurance and tracker and they reacted immediately and the car was recovered in britz early morning being stripped and was taken to the nearest police station, On the 25th of April 2019 i was offered a courtesy car by budget insurance while still waiting for the feed back about the car, on the 10th May 2019 the car was taken to the panelbeaters for assessment and the claim was approved by the insurance, on the 15th of May after not having heard a word from the panelbeaters or the insurance i asked for a progress update thats when i found out no repairs have been done to my vehicle as yet, The are some documents that they want from me to start with the repairs, The insurance company never bothered to contact me and explain to me why is it taking so long to start with the repairs, at that time i only had a week remaining on the courtesy vehicle, to make metters worse i was told to return the courtesy vehicle which i did by budget insurance sayin the delay was not on their side ,after that i received a call again from budget saying they will extend the courtesy vehicle with 10 days but i must pay deposit again at europcars since i already returned the vehicle, the delay was never 10 days as the courtesy vehicle was taken on the 11th day after the hijack and another 10 days delay because the process for the repair only started on the 15th of May I am very much disappointed with the whole process as a client that pays a premium every month in time to get such treatment, I'm obviously expected to personally rent a vehicle till mine is repaired and the delay was never on my side is this the first time budget insurance had to dealing with a ****** and recovered car, that they don't know that the were documents that I needed to submit to panelbeayers to start with repairs of the vehicle cause that is also another delay caused by them due to misinformation
