Delay claimed payment

I'm Dikeledi Glendy Selemela,ID NO *** 089,Reference NO ***,Last time i complained about the delay payment of budget insurance to hellopeter.and hellopeter helped me too much,since on that day they started to respond quickly.but I'm not satisfied with the offer that they want to give me of 49 803.51,because it is too small to fix all the damages of my car.i sended them an email to tell them the money is too small to fix all the damages of my car.and the best thing they could do,is to organize with their panel beaters of budget insurance to fix my car.they replyed on that email,they said they will respond within a week but now is more than a week.i dnt have a cartecy car to go to work and I'm struggling because sometimes it is raining and, I'm still waiting for them since i had an accident on the 19th September 2021.i did a quotation at Auto Excellence Panel and Paint at midrand it cost R91 674.12 my contact number is *** and I know hellopeter is going to solve this problem.
