Not happy with the company at all.Very unprofessional,keeps on playing hard to get.Called so many times but would be kept on hold for close to 30 minutes, when they answer and you place a request they assure you that everything its okay and they have updated the profile only to be surprised end of the month.Will never recommend this company to anyone else because that’s not the first time I received such a bad service from them

05 May 2026, 19:14I called twice cancelling my policy however two months later my account was debited. I called a day before as I have seen the pending debit order that was going to go through the following day and was told that I need to go through refund processes and to start one the debit order has to go through first.
I called after it went through but whenever I state my issue to retention team they either hang up on me or put my calls on mute.
I want my money back, failure to bring my two premiums back will leave me no choice but to involve a third party in this matter. I won’t be ****med by you, want my money back(one debited end of February 2026,the other end of March 2026)
