disappointed on you budget and on Delini Naidoo <***> Good day
I am not happy at all with the way you’ve treated my claim
I was told that the claim amount was R3800.00 now it has gone down to R2500.00 I am very disappointed with budget
I have bought a new cell phone because you guys are not treating me like a customer
You should be honest with us from the start . Please cancel my cell phone insurance I am very DISAPOINTED and I have referred 2 of my friends to you they have been with you for 2 years I hope they won’t get the same treatment as me

13 May 2021, 16:28They did but nothing was resolved. If I ensure my devise 4 R3800 why are you giving me the device worth that money or reduce the subscription as the device loses value? Why did the consultant tell me I that the claim would be 4 R3800? I will be moving to outsurence soon maybe they will value me as a client
