Deducting for deceased person now delaying refund of deductions

I've had a funeral policy on my father with Budget Insurance. My father passed away in April 2023 and I claimed from the funeral policy. No issues there. In January 2024 I received policy updated for all my policies and turns out I am still paying the funeral policy for 9 months after my father passed away. On 26 Januaru 2024, I called and they apologies and immediately cancelled the policy, no explanation as to why this was not done upon my father's passing. I was told that a request for a refund was submitted and I would receive it within 5-7 working days however the amount couldn't be disclosed and I would receive an email with the amount.

5 working days later, no email. Followed up on 2 Feb 2024. Spoke to Rochelle who said she will request that the admin department call me on the same day with feedback. No call received.

3 Feb 2024, called again spoke to Clayton. He followed up with the Admin department and confirmed that I would receive the email and monies on Tuesday, 6 Feb 2024.

Today, no monies or email received. Called and got through to Rochelle. Started telling her the sequence of events and instead of allowing me to finish speaking, she felt the need to dispute repeatedly that I spoke to her on 2 Feb 2024. Finally after asking her to allow me to finish speaking, she said she'll request that the Admin department call me. I refused this as this is the same thing she said on 2 Dec 2024 and if Clayton could speak directly to the Admin department on 3 Feb 2024 why wouldn't she just do the same to get immediate feedback. I requested to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 10 minutes before the call was ended.

I just want my refund
