Declined claim

I claimed for minor dents I've taken with Budget Insurance they've requested a quote and I drove the whole town yesterday looking for a quote I submitted it and the response I got is "its not in line with what we quoted" I personally took the car to the dealership and they saw what they have to fix and they gave me a quote of about R3000 and odds whereas Budget had quoted me 9k and they said I should go look for a quote that's a bit less I've done that and now they come with a nonsense response of not in line with what they quoted, pure madness ***of maan this is complete bull**** now they have to write the quotation exactly like you do are you for real I took the car to the dealer and they saw what they have to fix on the left side door now what nonsense is that you quoted me for. You are quick to sell your products to us and when it's time to pay it becomes a problem now what more problems am I going to encounter with this so called service provider if my car were to be involved in a real accident. I'm am looking for another Insurance as it is I can't stress myself with such a minor problem how much more am I going to stress if I have to submit an accident claim jeeeeer
