Deceptive client practices to expire claim

I have received the worst possible service a client can ever experience, my claims handler (TELESURE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS) deliberately misled and misquoted me until the 12th day of the claim, when I lodged a complaint with the grievance department I was allocated another handler (Tshepo from Telesure) who has used the same delay tactic up until the 20th of February 2024.
