Debited R138 from my account without my permission
I am DISGUSTED with Budget insurance, my car insurance is R367 and at the end of January Budget insurance debited my bank account with R505 without my permission. I emailed them twice to ask them why this happened and up until today I have had NO RESPONSE from them. This is pathetic service and they basically ****** ME WITH OPEN EYES!!!! I want my money back, DO NOT PHONE ME, EMAIL me so that I can have proof as to why this happened.
