Debited early without reason and no explanation

Budget insurance is a ridiculous insurance Last month I was debited R100 more than my usual cover and when I query it every agent advises me they will get back to me and never do. This month I was debited on the 24th when the agreed payment date was the 27th. Needing the funds that was debited I called budget to assist in reversing the debit or reversing me to which they advised they are unable to assist. There seems to be no customer service other than when they sell you the insurance. They have no consumer skills. I am very disappointed in the service
