DEBITED AND NOT REFUNDED FOR VAP
I am very disappointed regarding the lack of feedback given relating to a query on a VAP which i did not sign up for. Firstly i was being charged for a VAP of which i had no knowledge. Now that i have queried it and requested a refund there has been ZERO communication. This has definitely take away all my confidence that they prioritize customer care
