Debit order, too much taken off. Trying to get instant refund on balance.

Terrible situation to be put in.

A debit order has come off of my wife's bank account for 1000s more than the premium amount. Now due to this, other debit orders won't be paid etc aswell as the bank charging penalties and everything. It's not right. Myself and my wife have been trying to sort this situation out and get a immediate refund today to avoid other bills not being paid. It's not fair and not right. What about all our time lost and airtime with all these calls etc. I'm just not happy. What if it happens again next month. For over R7000 extra to be taken off just isn't on, this is needed to sort other debits. Are you going to sort this situation out?
