Debit Order Mayhem Budget Insurance.

Debit Order Mayhem, when Budget Insurance says ***** your budget, we'll debit your account when we want. So when I joined Budget Insurance we agreed on the 25th of every month as debit date, the last few months however, they decided "***** his budget, we'll take ours when we see fit" so they've been debiting my account on the 22nd-23rd of every month (before I get paid). On Friday the 20th of September I got the usual lovely sms from Budget informing me they'll be debiting me before the agreed upon date, that's when I decided I'm done with them. So I immediately cancelled my Insurance with them, the call centre agent agent assured me it's cancelled and I got an email to the same effect. Low and behold, they debited my account in the early hours of the morning today, after I had cancelled my insurance with them, so when I phoned again today to try and find out when I can expect to get my money back I was informed I have to wait 5 days so that they can make sure the transaction went through and then to contact them again. (can you believe the gall of this adumbral organisation)

So to get to the crux of the matter, Budget Insurance stole money from my bank account. When am I getting it back?
