Debit order date

Getting my debit order date amended with this company is a struggle I have been emailing, calling and the call gets disconnected from the 26th and requested for call backs on their website even reached to them on Twitter with no luck. I wish I able to change the dates myself online. Can someone please change my debit order date and advise once that is done. Thank you!
