Debit Order *****

Budget Insurance is refusing to give me a refund on a debit order that was deducted on the 14.12.2024 even though I have informed budget that i was no longer in possession of the car, i was forced to trade in my and get a new car, because of the poor workmanship provided by there service providers. With all the poor service i received from budget i still opted to remain with them and insure my new car with them, i was under the impression that i will be receiving a refund for the debit of the old car but Today on the 31.12.2024 i was informed by Budget that they took my money and transferred it to my new car, without contacting me for confirmation to do that. I feel that Budget doing with my money what they want to do is *****. I never even received an email informing me of their plan of action with my money.

Kindly see below the history of my claim/case

On the 5th October 2024 i had an accident, where another car drove ramped into the back of my car. I am insured with BUDGET Insurance, who towed my car to PROLINE Panelbeaters. On the 25th October 2024 i collected my car from the Proline Workshop in Sandton. I discovered the following defaults on my car. 1. The paint job on my hatch back of my booth is very poor, dripping marks visible. 2. The plastic parts on the bumper was not replace it was repaired as my left parking sensor is not working. 3. My car now flashes a warning light of low pressure on my tyres, i now have a slow puncher and to make matters worse i now have a slow puncher that has to be monitored.

i Have phoned proline and my insurer regarding this and none of them is willing to admit fault or commit to fixing my problem. i am currently driving a car that is not safe. Please Help
