Death Claim payment short by R5000

My mother had a funeral policy with Budget Insurance. She passed away on the 10 January 2021. On the 26 January 2021 I submitted documents for for a claim. When I called Budget gave me an email address for 1Life (confused), for me to submit documents for the claim. According to the policy documents that my mother kept and according to the conversation I had with the consultant at Budget Insurance the cover amount is R30000. After weeks of back and forth communication with Budget/1Life, an amount of R25000 was deposited into my account. Why has Budget/1Life paid R25000 instead of R30000 - this amount is R5000 short. Please pay the outstanding R5000
