<p>I claimed for my car, which is insured by Budget insurance. After assesment the carwas writen off as it was not economical to repair. I requested to buy back the car, but the value It is being sold for is 69% of the pay out value. This but back figure is too high and is not doing justice to a vehicle years and milage. Most importantly, it is setting me back financialy. I don't think this was done at the best interest of the client.</p>

I am satisfied with the out come and it has exceeded my expectations. I will now be able to repair my vehicle, in fact repairs have started already.
My only concern is that one has to turn to platforms such as Hello Peter to get a favorable result. The two ladies who answered my telephone calls refused to support me when I requested to negotiate the buyback value. They told me the decision was made the manager and it was final and refused to let me speak to the manager. The second lady dropped the phone while I was still talking to her. I am raising these concerns, because I am still a client of Budget insurance and would not like to go through the same experience in future.
I will change the rating as soon as I get to a home.
