DAMAGED MY CAR WHEN TOWING-AND NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS
<p>On 5 Jan.2017 my car had a burst tyre. I called the call centre for towing assistance to a garage. The employee of that towing company couldnt get my car onto and off the towing-bed. Hence scratches etc. were sustained on the front fender bottom part. I took photos and the same day complained to Budget Insurance. I sent an emailwith the photos-and NEVER HEARD FROM BOTH: BUDGET INSURANCE NOR THEIR TOWING COMPANY RE-THE WAY FORWARD FOR FIXING THE DAMAGES?????? TOTALLY PATHETIC. I EMAILED DIKALEDI LAST WEEK-and am still awaiting SOME / ANY FEEDBACK??? WHY? WHO IS GOING TO FIX THIS DAMAGES??</p>
