Damage not covered

A incident happened where my niece was showing something on the TV that was standing on the TV stand. By accident the TV moved forward fallen on top of the glass tv stand , broke it and continue to fallen to the floor. Budget insurance will pay for the TV but not for the TV stand. As the policy only covered Loss of or damage to household goods and personal possessions if it was loss or damage by fire, lighting, power surge explosion and malicious damage . I ask them what if the TV have fallen on top of the DSTV, PS4 or anything else , their response was they will still just pay out the TV. Please go through you policy as this does not seat easily with me. After this I will defiantly move to Outsurance where my car is , as claiming is smooth with them and it would have been covered.
