customer service excellence

I joined budget insurance about 2 yrs ago, and since then have not looked back, or can I say that I can find fault with their service delivery. I insured my bike with them, and every time that I needed help, which happened quite often in this case, they were there for me. The concern and quick response. To my plight, especialy over the past 6 months, has been nothing but exemplary. I unfortunately had my bike ****** last night, but again.....the concern expressed by the person whom took my details concerning my loss (Cheryl Ngxangane) was such a relief, as you felt that you were dealing with a family member and not just a \ consultant"I would recommend Budget insurance to all my friends and family"
