<p>just wanted to comend Wayne Powell on excellent customer service. I phoned Budget on Thursday and Friday and spoke to various consultants who advised that they cannot help me and I must just wait for the document I had requested. When I contacted Budget this morning I was luck enough to get hold of this exceptional consultant who took the time to send me the document immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think all the other customer service consultants can take a leaf out of his book.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you so much Wayne for your help it does make our jobs easier.</p>
