Courtesy car rental

Good morning.... My car was involved in an accident and based on the accident report I was not at fault that one i don't have a problem with it because my claim was submitted and approved...thank you for that but on the issue of a 30 days courtesy car I'm not really impressed because the approved panel beater was choose by my insurance company...now they are busy sending me messages the ECD date are changing due whatever that they have been telling me...now I have to return the courtesy car because 30 days is due...I'm insurance told me if I want to keep the courtesy car that will be on my own expenses...
