I became aware that my insurance premiums had increased suddenly , apparently the communication notifying me of the annual increase had somehow missed me, but I was dissatisfied because the increase was hefty... rather more than inflation-linked. Furthermore, I have had this policy for 9 years and while I have had occasion to claim ... which I must say have been dealt with effectively, I have not claimed often. Anyway, I registered my discontent and they allowed me to deal with this most pleasant young man. Very speedily we came to a suitable , mutually satisifying agreement.
