contacted Budget car insurance for the first time after having joined 1 year ago regarding a notification of my premium being increased by nearly R200.I was not a very happy customer at the time ,questioning as to why the premium hasnt gone up by R50 or atleast R100 being the maximum increased amount rather than R198.90 to be exact.I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Brigalia ,without hesitation she took the time to review my policy and reduce the amount ,without affecting or decreasing my benefits.She took the time to explaine to me and suggested what i should do in lieu of the next increase date.Thank you for allowing me to explain my thoughts and from preventing me from terminating my services with budget and for accommodating my budget.
