Their consultants are ***********, I called last week Friday to register a claim. Spoke to a consultant and as we were busy on the call,it got cut off. I called back and guy I spoke to told me the consultant says she was going to call me back . Been calling and you are kept holding for long. It's now another Friday and I am still waiting for the call
