Consultant Misconduct and Unprofessional Conduct During Working Hours

I am extremely concerned about the professionalism and service standards at Budget Insurance. Today at approximately 9:06 during working hours, one of your consultants(Nonhlanhla Amina Mdeni) contacted me for personal reasons while she was on shift and while a client was reportedly waiting to be assisted. Instead of focusing on customer service, she used company time and resources to make a personal call to me and made inappropriate accusations.

This is not the first incident ,I have also experienced unwanted contact and what I consider harassment through social media from the same consultant(Nonhlanhla Amina Mdeni) . This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone representing your company during working hours.

I expect consultants to maintain professional boundaries and focus on assisting clients, not handling personal disputes while on duty. This raises serious concerns about service levels, supervision, and workplace conduct within your teams.

I urge management to investigate this matter and address staff professionalism and customer service standards urgently.
