Aidan at service desk was a pleasure to talk to, we had two queries, one sales, one accounts. Now most companies will tell you that you need to speak to each dept because they don't communicate with each other, no access blah blah blah. This annoyingly increases length of enquiry and cost to client in time. Aidan handled both not only efficiently but he explained the processes, walked us through the reasons and provided a solution. If I tell you that 90 % of service companies I've dealt with do not do this I am being nice.
