Condescending and dishonest

<p>On Monday 30 January 2017, we put through a claim for a damaged laptop and everything was going well, on Tuesday when the laptop was collected we were informed that feedback would be provided within 48hours and if we did not hear anything then we should call to find out. On Thursday morning (48hours later) we called in and spoke to the lady at Aladdin Electronics and said that the laptop was assessed and that they would send through a report later in the day, when asked for more detail on what was wrong we were told that only Richard could help but Richard never bothered to answer. Then we escalated this to Budget Insurance and eventually ended up with the most miserable claims assistant known to man, Jade was condescending and rude throughout the conversation, Jade refused to listen and talked over me the entire time. If this is your idea of customer service then I have bad news for you but the other insurance companies will soon be eating your lunch. Jade now tells us that there is no report and they waiting on part costing which then implies that they know what is wrong with the machine. Why all the secrecy what is it you are trying to hide? I am fed up with Budget Insurance after being a loyal member for so long and paying my premium religiously every month perhaps it is time to phone around and find a company that does not employ Jade or people not interested in retaining customers. Pathetic.</p>
