Complaint regarding Customer service and Mishandling of my Claim by Budget Insurance

I would like to bring to knowledge the extremely poor customer service I have received from Budget Insurance and the Mishandling of my claim.

I have an Uber vehicle insured with Budget E-Hailing Insurance to which I pay an exorbitant monthly premium. My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 17th of November last year and till today, they are still validating my claim!!! Its been almost 3 months!!!!

They have told me that they would need to validate my claim as they say my tyre tread was too thin and unsafe. They then asked me for invoices showing I have replaced my tyres regularly and performed wheel alignments. I have provided them with all the receipts and invoices they require.

Then, they reassigned my case to various agents owing to agents being on leave, unwell, etc. Extremely shocking service!!!
