Complaint

I have been calling budget to cancel my car insurance they put me through independent brokers who constantly cut my call. I sent an email to *** as the person who assisted me when I took the insurance quite frankly shes not responding either and now I am very angry and frustrated with this behavior . I would like this policy canceled *** immediately as I do not want any of their debit order on my account.
