Complaint against Budget Insurance

I have a complaint against Budget Insurance. They failing to provide a satisfactory service, I had an incident on the 13/10/18 were my both right front and rear tyres and rims were badly damaged. I logged a claim on the 18/10/18 with Budget Insurance and the claim was approved. The vehicle was taken to the assessment centre on the 19/10/18 and later it was taken to the Repair Centre only on the 2/11/18. I was offered a courtesy car for 15days which I had to return on the 3/11/18 and they refused to extend the rental days. And my car is far from being fixed. No one cares to speed up the process. I always have to go to the repairs center to get progress report, which nothing has been done till today. None of them is prepared to offer a courtesy car. Looking at the damage, it is just to replace rims & tyres. Budget Insurance Careless about their customers.
