Complaint about not delivering

Good day,<br> <br> I was involved in a car accident on the 30 Mar 2016, on the 31st Mar i called Budget insurance to process my claim and i gave them the case number. they have taken my car to their pannel beater called Renewit in Greenstone.<br> Renewit says they have received an authorization from Budget on the 04 April 2016 while Budget insurance says they have sent an authorization on the 01 April 2016.<br> I have been doing a follow up with Renewit and Budget since the 4th od April 2016, Renewit told me that they are waiting for parts from their supplier. Last week they told me that they have received some parts and still waiting for the rest of the parts and that my car has been moved to RepaiBay. Today when Call they tell me that they are still waiting for the rest of the parts and they are not sure when they will receive them.<br> I Called Budget insurance (Repairs department) and explained. they never get back to me and updated regatrding the status of the car.<br> I had a courtesy car for 15 days and need to return it today the 18 Apr 16 and budget says unfortunately car needs to be returned today and i wont have any transport from tomorrow while they dont even give me an estimation.
