Complaint

I could not get ahold of them when I got into an Accident, because it was Sunday night. They took a long time to process my claim while I did not have safe transportation. After the claim as been approved, without seeing the amount of damage in my car. Because they only wanted pictures of the car. Not proper quotation was done for the parts needed to fix my car, a lot of parts were left out. I struggled to get car rental, after I requested specifically upon taking the policy that I will need car rental as part of the policy, they also failed to disclose the amount of days for which I will have the car rental and that I would have to pay a certain amount of money to even get the car rental. Now my car is with the repairers and taken too long to be attended to because they kept of postponing the dates for the collection of the car. Now they want their car rental back, and Budget insurance does not care that I have to have a vehicle to transport my kids to school and to go to work. I spoke to a very rude lady at budget insurance over the phone
