Complaint

I am receiving horrible service from Budget Insurance. I wish I knew that you do not cater for people in the rural areas, that way I would have not struggled with a claim for over a month now. Your consultants are always coming up with stories instead of solutions, this is despite the fact that I am paying almost double of my premium in a year. I want this claim to be closed with a solution not for your consultants to just say it is closed when I, as the client I am not satisfied. Contact Details:
