Good day ,

I would like to log complaint against Sphiwe Dlamini in the claims department . Claim number :***/1

Claim logged on 05/08/2024 , no feedback nor communication has been received from her . All the documentation (invoice, damaged item , video of the item ) was sent to her yesterday morning and she didn't bother to even acknowledge the complaint .

I would like to be updated on the next steps
