I have machenical and electrical insurance at budget insurance i Lodge a claim for my car from the 17/04/2024 until today every time i call them the cameup with stories they tell me they are waiting for a report at the dealer when i call at the dealer they say they have send everything they need but when i call at the insurance they tell me same story but when they deduct their money they don't even hesitate im so so angry and is not the first they do this i was having rim and tyres insurance i make a claim they suppose to pay R5000 something from that money they told me they gonna pay only R700 just image which suv is using R700 for tyres we pay insurance so that we can get help but if is like this im disappointed with budget insurance
