Complain about poor service rendered by budget insurance

i am Phindile Sithole i have covered my car with budget insurance for more than two years without interruption ,so i was involved in a car accident on the 07/09/2025 and my car was towed to their panelbitter and the catesy car duration was ending on the 11/10/2025 but my car was not ready so they extended to 16/10/2025 of which is tomorrow and my car is still not ready and i need it to travel to work but when i am raising those concerns they are telling me that there's nothing they can do ,so please help me to expose them
