Budget insurance took a long time to approve my claim and now they giving me hard time they don't want to extend my car hire further,i was involved in an accident on the 30th of October 2021 but my claim was approved on the 26 of November 2021..this is unfair for me to be treated by my own insurance company like this ,I'm stressing because I won't transport to work if the car hire is not extended.

08 Dec 2021, 20:09My policy number is *** and my claim number is ***/1 please help rectify this issue because I'm required to return this car on the 10th of December 2021and the panelbeater did not start fixing my car yet they say they will fix my car next year 2022 end of January or February.....
