Comparison of Written Policy with the Telephonic Conversation

On comparing the written policy with the telephonic conversation, the information does not correspond. If I were a lay-man, I would not have found the difference, as I would have listened to the Sales man of the Policy. This is a serious matter, as if there was an accident, I would not be paid out by Budget, because of the clauses in the Contract of the Policy, thus leaving me in an undesirable and negative position.
