Company dishonesty from budget insurance.

Good day everyone

If you are a budget warranty policy holder, I just want to warn all loyal clients and potential clients about dishonesty budget insurance company. 1. They don't give full description of the policy, of course you will go through the policy and understand it, but however there is hidden info to be used against you when it comes to claim. I'm stressed at the moment since I logged a claim on the 16th of October, that's when my claim was finalized today the 2n3of December, please don't be relaxed thinking that you are covered, there are hidden info that you won't be aware and you will only be aware the day you claim and you will face a huge stress of their outcome. I don't know about other insurances, I don't wanna lie about them, but for budget insurance I'm currently a victim of what I'm saying, even the dealer where they fix the vehicle is surprised about the outcome and speechless, I had to include the dealer on the call to assist, because I myself I'm just an owner of the vehicle but not the mechanic or technician in motors.

Please circulate the info however you can in order to help other clients about budget insurance. Like I said I'm a victim, I don't recommend them at all. My vehicle is up to date with service routines and all the required documents were successfully sent to them, without any waste of time.

This is really so sad and very bad!!!! I don't want someone else to face what I'm facing at the moment.
