I tried to contact Budget Car insurance on the Customer Care contact number numerous times to lodged a claim. I'm been sending from pillar to post for the few months already. I have never in my life came across such *********** company. Even the people on the line do not understand or are unable. They put you through to wrong departments every time. This morning I hold on more than 20 minutes just to be put through to a wrong department again. Useless company. I'm going to cancel them.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
